Dr. Gajanan Rashinkar

National Eligibility Test (NET) is conducted with a basic objective to determine eligibility for college & university level lectureship and for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession and research. NET is considered as one of the toughest exams in India. A large number of Postgraduates appear for NET every year with a dream of qualifying it. Out of lakhs of students who appear every year, only thousands clear NET. Many NET aspirants, in spite of, holding potential to qualify this exam, a number of times fail to achieve their goal. This ultimately pushes them in negative mindset about the exam and creates fear of failure in their minds. They tend to spend their precious time of preparation on wrong track. Lack of proper guidance is the main reason for failure in NET. Our mission is to provide right guidance about NET to young NET aspirants especially from rural and remote areas and to channelize their efforts into the right direction with the guidance of the experts. We seek to achieve the National motto of “Quality higher education and reason” through NET guidance. 

Motivation

Dr. Gajanan Rashinkar believes that his achievement in NET and guiding the students for the exam are motivated from his mother who always said “anything that is of value in life multiplies when it is given”. Silmilarly, the development of this website is the output of inspiration that Dr. Rashinkar received from Prof. N. J. Pawar (Hon. Vice Chancellor, Shivaji University, Kolhapur) and Prof. M. M. Salunkhe (Hon. Vice Chancellor, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik) who asserted that “our knowledge, experience and expertise in any field is simply waste thing unless and until it percolates to benefit the society”.  The encouragement of Prof. (Mrs.) Rajashri Salunkhe (Ph. D. guide), Dr. Prabhanjan Mane, Dr. Audumbar Sarwade, Mr. Vivek Potale (Global Eye Technology), Colleagues in Chemistry Department at Shivaji University, friends and family members is also a source of motivation for this mission.
